hi, i’m stephen glover.

Stephen was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He and his Mother moved to British Columbia at a young age and BC has been home ever since. More recently, Stephen and his wife moved to Powell River with their two rescue dogs and are so happy to call Powell River their new home.

Stephen Graduated with a Diploma from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2013 after completing the 3000 hour program. While earning his Diploma, he worked as a Massage Therapist in the high risk pregnancy unit at BC Women’s Hospital. Stephen has also worked with athletes from the University of British Columbia as well as professional football and hockey players.

Throughout his career Stephen has gained perspective and empathy for how a symptom or condition may also affect you mentally and emotionally. Some of the various areas he has training and experience with include; trigger point release, pregnancy, pre and post-natal, infancy and pediatric, posture and ergonomics, sports massage, injury and rehabilitation, chronic pain, myofascial release, joint mobilization, lymphatic, Swedish and deep tissue massage.

Before becoming a RMT, Stephen explored many different career avenues. Everything from desk work to manual labor. These experiences help him better understand and relate to what you may be going through now. He looks forward to helping you navigate your way back to pain free living.

When Stephen’s not working you will find him volunteering with the Fire Department, hiking the Penticton trails, exploring the forest, playing hockey, canoeing, and camping.
